Take a look inside Svoya Vezha house designed by SVOYA studio
SVOYA studio has recently completed a two-family house with a common terrace and courtyard located in Dnipro, Ukraine.
“The block house SVOYA VEZHA for two families is located on a compact plot. The house is made individually for two families and its configuration clearly follows the lifestyle of communication between neighbors. Each part of the house has an entrance at the end of the building, where there are open parking spaces. And also there is access to a common terrace and courtyard. The laconic architecture is underlined by a combination of expressive finishing materials – a folded sheet that passes from the roof to the facades and laminated plywood. The building itself is made of aerated concrete with a wooden frame roof. The area of each part of the house is 1,560 ft2. On the first floor there are: a spacious hall with natural light and a storage system, a technical room, a guest bathroom, a guest bedroom and a spacious studio – a kitchen, a dining room and a living room with an open staircase leading to the second floor. There are 2 bedrooms, a dressing room and a bathroom. All rooms are filled with light due to the abundance of windows and orientation to the courtyard and the boulevard in front of the house. The interior is subordinated to the architecture and emphasizes its configuration from the inside. The second light in the living area reveals this principle to the maximum. To ensure a versatile orientation for relaxing in the living room, an author’s sofa is used, which allows you to host large companies with comfortable communication. The kitchen space is equipped with an ergonomic SOUL kitchen, which received the prestigious Red Dot award (Best of the best. Design. Products), in which there are enough hidden storage systems and an open cooking space. Black lacquer benches “Plus-Plus” from SVOYA STUDIO are designed to provide variable space for the way of life of the owners and their frequent guests in the house. Author’s elements of decor and contemporary art give the interior an individual character. The composition “Caracal” by Katerina and Valery Kuznetsovs creates a unique light and shadow composition in the staircase space. Art from Danil Galkin provides a color and graphic accent in the interior. Also, the author’s collection of ceramic vases «Raise» looks harmoniously against the background of natural natural textures. When realizing the internal space, there was a unique collaboration of talented specialists from various technical and creative fields,” says SVOYA studio
